2025 Summer Internship Program
Location:
This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 74 N. Pasadena Ave. Pasadena CA 91103
Department Description:
Our department's function is part of the KPMC project and to design, maintain and support the ORMB Billing platform with the Partership of our internal business, stakeholders and leadership partners.
Intern Project(s):
The intern will be responsible in functioning within the Delinquency and/or Reconciliation squads as part of the Value stream 3. The projects will include VS3 business requirements gathering, production support and stabilization, ORMB upgrade and Go-live efforts.

We want this intern to have excellent communication skills, proficient technical skills, team work skills and sufficient business acumen to function within a unique IT environment with business partners.

- Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
