2025 Summer Internship Program
Location:
This role is scheduled to be 100% remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.
Department Description:
The Group Sales and National Pricing department in KPIT at Kaiser Permanente is pivotal in supporting the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare. Our team focuses on developing innovative products and solutions tailored for large and small group customers, ensuring their unique sales and pricing needs are met efficiently. We build tools and solutions that enhance the sales experience and support customer engagement.
Provide digital platforms and services used by customers, brokers, and channel partners to streamline interactions and drive sales growth. Ensure a seamless experience through intuitive user interfaces and robust backend support.
National Pricing Strategies:
Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and finance teams to define competitive and sustainable pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while addressing market demands.
Deliver data-driven insights and analytics tools to empower sales teams and partners with actionable information.
Monitor market trends to continuously refine and optimize product offerings.

Working with the team to modernize the legacy data systems using Azure Data bricks for National Pricing products.
