Essential Responsibilities:
- Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members; builds relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers. - Completes work assignments autonomously and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area and business knowledge to generate creative solutions; encourages team members to adapt to and follow all procedures and policies. Collaborates cross-functionally and/or externally to achieve effective business decisions; provides recommendations and solves complex problems; escalates high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate; monitors progress and results. Supports the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; identifies resources to accomplish priorities and deadlines. - Supports facility access control plan by: adhering to complex guidelines for facilities access control, including key control, ID badge management, controlling access to specific areas, locking and unlocking doors, providing emergency and after hours access as appropriate, providing escorts to sensitive areas, traffic control, and vendor/patient/visitor/personnel access management; and complying with access control plan.
- Complies with safety and security policies and procedures by: using advanced knowledge of safety and security laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards to independently determine and execute a course of action across a variety work situations; as appropriate, participating in training programs for area security staff; contributing to the implementation of department policies; and proactively applying safety and security knowledge and training.
- Minimum two (2) years experience establishing and managing threat management projects/programs.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a role supporting senior leadership, optimizing projects/programs through continuous improvement to effectively align people (staffing), processes, and technology.
- Minimum two (2) years project or program management experience.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Associates degree in Law Enforcement, Business Administration, Public Policy, Healthcare Management, Criminal Justice, Corporate Security, Security Management, or related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in Security Management, Hospital Security, Law Enforcement Management, or a directly related field OR Minimum five (5) years of experience in Security Management, Hospital Security, Law Enforcement Management, or a directly related field.

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): N/A
· Certified Threat Manager (CTM)
· Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, and related fields
- Two (2) years experience using structured professional judgment approach to behavioral threat assessment and management practice.
- One (1) year of experience providing evidence-based, data-driven behavioral threat assessment and management case assessment and management consultation services.
- Two (2) years experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
- Two (2) years experience in program transformation initiatives.
- Two (2) years experience developing and communicating strategy and aligning projects, initiatives, and resources to execute against the strategy.
- Two (2) years facilitating meetings with work teams or management.
- Two (2) years experience working with intermediate Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Membership in Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) or similar professional organization.
- Membership in the International Security Management Association (ISMA), American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS), or other Criminal Justice/Public Safety organizations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Adult CPR/AED Certification.
