How you can join us:
Medical Assistants
As valuable members of our health care team, our Medical Assistants work in a dyad supporting a single health care provider to ensure patients’ vitals and important information are obtained during the visit. Utilizing a unique Patient Support Tool, they also schedule appointments while playing a key role in our delivery of care.

Eyecare
On our eyecare teams, we take a comprehensive and holistic approach to eyecare that includes optometry as well as optical and ophthalmological services. This focus on total eye health and preventive care is unlike most optometry practices. Our teams also can choose from many shifts and schedules, and we offer career paths as well as training and development opportunities regardless of previous experience.

Imaging
Our imaging professionals work across several locations, including hospital and ambulatory environments. Along with opportunities for learning and patient engagement, they have a strong team environment where staff share their insight and feedback through a labor and management partnership. We also have a peer-based recognition program along with career development options that can make the most of your leadership potential.

Lab
This integrated team collaborates with each other as well as internal customers and health care providers. We offer funding for educational programs, certifications, and licensures to help you advance your skills. You can also take advantage of career progressions and eventually grow into a leadership role.
Opportunities include:
- Phlebotomists: Work directly with members to collect blood samples and prepare them for testing.
- Clinical Laboratory Specialists: Perform lab tests ranging from microbiology and molecular genetics to toxicology.
- Medical Laboratory Technicians: Work in our medical offices and conduct clinical laboratory tests on samples.
- Histotechnicians: Work in our regional laboratory to prepare tissue biopsies and surgical specimens.
- Cytotechnologists: Microscopically examine body fluid cells for diagnostic reporting as part of the hospital and regional laboratory team.
Nursing
Our nurses work in a patient-centered healing environment alongside true health experts.
